The Role
Aquarian is seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join the team. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm. Must be flexible to accommodate office demand.
The position is located in New York City.
Specific responsibilities of the role include:
- Daily tasks will include, but not be limited to: answering phones, scheduling meetings, calendar management using Outlook and greeting guests
- Assisting with receiving deliveries, keeping the pantry stocked, placing weekly Fresh Direct and supply orders, and organizing catering
- Copying and scanning documents, work organization items (agendas and daily team information support) and other administrative tasks as requested.
- The ideal candidate will be presentable with strong written and verbal communication skills, prior work experience in a corporate or hospitality setting, and proficiency with the MS office suite.
Desired experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of credit investing, including pricing, interest calculation, and financing structures would be a plus

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences
- proficient in using digital calendars and typical office appliances like copiers and printers
