As Variety noted, the Looney Tunes content was licensed to HBO Max from Warner Bros. from an intra-company deal, but the deal expired at the end of 2022 and HBO Max did not renew it. It is currently unclear if they will rejoin Max at a later date or appear on another streaming platform.
